We've all experienced the highs that result from being in perfect sync with a colleague or customer and the pain, misery and frustration that results from mis-understandings and crossed-wires.

We've all experienced the highs that result from being in perfect sync with a colleague or customer and the pain, misery and frustration that results from mis-understandings and crossed-wires.


The reality is the latter occurs far more often than the former but we are often unable to identify it until its too late...or sometimes ever.


It was this realisation that promoted us to create programmes that focus on improving Listening & Questioning skills. George Brontén article serves as a timely reminder that there is often too much happening inside our own minds for us to truly interpret and evaluate what we think we hear.
